Clinique's new moisture surge?

I wear clinique foundation and I also just got some of their new moisture surge cream. I have a couple problem areas like between the eyebrows and my nose and want to cover them up but I also don't want my make up to look powdery or caked on. So I was wondering if I put my foundation on and a little bit of cover up and then on top put the moisture cream would it rub my make up off??
