Do you think oral sex is okay?

I want to know wether or not you think Its okay for teenagers to perform and receive oral sex. If you have oral sex are you still a virgin and considered abstaining? Would you classify it as worse or better than sex morally? How long Should two teens wait after dating before they do it, or should they be dating at all? Just wondering what peoples oppinions are on this.
