My oily face Is ruining my make up!?

Ok so I have really oily skin/face, and I'd say about 10 mins after applying make up the oil messes it up. I guess the oil sucks up the make up just making me look shiny and RED! Eww! I keep applying powder but it does it again and AGAIN eventually making my face look red and powdery! Not Cute.. What should I do?
