It'll help you tons to know which particular ingredients your skin doesn't like, as those vary with each individual. It may make it easier for you to choose foundations. Just because something doesn't break someone else out doesn't mean it won't break you out, and vice versa. So unfortunately I can't really tell you what foundations will break you out, that's really something you'll need to find out for yourself by trying out different foundations (most drugstores, excluding Target, will let you return opened makeup), but to start off, try Almay or Neutrogena. More expensive options are Clinique and CoverFX, if drugstore makeup doesn't work. They cater specifically to sensitive skinned people. For coverage, go for the Revlon foundations (especially Colorstay), and maybe Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse and Covergirl Clean.
