Black powdery mushroom!!!?

The problem with fungi(mushrooms included) is that there are real similarities between them in some cases. You might try pulling up a book from your local library, or even a site off the net. I can tell you the smoke is spores( seeds). And that I would advise you treat it as though it's poisonous until you can determine for yourself.
