How can i get rid of fine powder in poultry feed?

i mix my own feed for my poultry. i use several grains and additives . my problem is that feed stuff like soy meal come is flaky powdery form and the birds can not swallow them easily .any idea of how i could bind the powder in the feed into sth like crumbles without using a pellet machine that costs around 3000 euros?
