Is it ok to use powdery makeup that has been untouched but is a few years old?

No its fine, dont worry. but smeel it first, if it smells bad and damp then no. But new fresh makeup is always good, just to be on safe side. But no, make-upa few years old is harmless unless if its liquid eyeliner. <3
