Is this stuff in my underwear hormones?

Hi! Thanks for considering to answer my Q. So I found this pasty/powdery/white/gooey stuff in my underwear. I HAVE been getting cramps extc and I'm 11. It was like 70%pasty, 10% powdery, and 5% gooey. I'm not sure if it is hormones, which I've gotten before. I thought that hormones were gooey and not powdery/pasty. Please help!!!
