Is this wrong or is this okay?

I am an 18 year old female and I want to have a sexual relationship with a 34 year old woman who is also interested. I was the one who brought it up to begin with, . Also my mom is 40 so, I am just wondering if this is morally wrong? Or since I am legally an adult in my region, it doesn't matter?
