Very fair skin with redness and occasional small red zits, looking for some kind of correcting base. Help?
My skin is very pale. I have bumpy-looking redness which goes from my cheeks down to the sides of my jaw bone, and random tiny red zits and whiteheads on my nose, chin and cheeks at times that are hard to cover up because nothing covers them and my skin is too light for any color concealer that I've tried. My face is also pretty dry and I put facial lotion on it every morning to keep it hydrated. Even when I do this, I still get powdery, dry-looking patches when I layer foundation or concealer over it (it's not greasy or heavy at all, so it doesn't make sense to me.) I've been thinking of trying Physicians Formula products, but I don't even know if they work or which product would be best for me. I really just want to get rid of the redness, even out my skin tone, keep it hydrated, and maybe have some SPF in there without a heavy, cakey, gross feeling on my face, because I don't like wearing much makeup. Can someone help me?
