What is a good LONG LASTING foundation for DRY/SENSITIVE skin?

I don't mind the price. 9 times out of 10 you get what you pay for, in my opinion. I just want something that works for my skin type. I have dry, sensitive skin. Not a lot, but few do break my skin out. I'm still in my teenage years so I have yet to discover if my skin is actually acne prone, but I want to be on the safe side. My face is dry to the point where when I apply my Revlon Colorstay, it already looks cakey and powdery without setting powder! I do use a good moisturizer but that isn't enough. I want a silky foundation that won't just rub off in 4 hours. Something that doesn't sink into my smile lines and make my dryness visibly known. Any suggestions? Again prize is not of issue.
