What would you do if you saw someone in public with cuts on their wrists?

My friend was a cutter. It's just how they are. It makes them feel alive. I'd dont do it or approve of it. But you can't change someone. You can make a gay person straight or a straight person gay. It's just how people are!!! Why does everyone wana change propel these day! Everyone is different if they are living life they way they want just let them be they aren't telling you how to live. If I saw someone cutting in public I'd ask them to stop . But if they simply ha cuts I'd let them be. I would say don't cut it public not like " STOP CUTTING YOU'LL DIE!" I would say no one really wants to see that right now.
