Cream foundation + oily skin?

I really like cream foundation, it has such a nice Finnish, but I have oily skin :'( like really oily! & when I wear cream foundation by the end of the day I look like I just ran a marathon, I HATE matte powdery looks! is they any way I can wear cream foundation without getting oily! also is there any cream foundation made for ppl with oily skin?
